2. An advisor gets back to you
During working hours, an advisor calls or replies by email to clarify what you need.
3. You receive options and a quote
You get a detailed itinerary, pricing by party size and the applicable conditions to decide on.
Outside working hours, requests are still recorded and handled on the next working day.
